How Our Consulting Engagements Are Priced

We price every engagement after a Strategy Call, because the cost depends on scope, and scope depends on your business. A single price list cannot fit companies with different sizes, markets and sales cycles, so we do not publish one.

This page explains what shapes the price, how our engagements are structured, and what happens next.

A no-cost conversation with a senior consultant. Send a request and we reply with a meeting invite. We reply within 2 business days.

Why we price after the Strategy Call

Pricing without understanding your business would mean guessing, and a guess is either too high for you or too low for the work.

    • Your starting point decides the work. A company with a clear sales process and a weak website needs something different from one with strong enquiries and no follow-up.
    • Your markets decide the effort. Selling in one country and selling across several regions are different jobs.
    • We would rather say no than overpromise. If we cannot show a clear path to a return, or the budget does not match the goal, we will tell you on the call.

What drives the cost of an engagement

Six factors set the price of an engagement.

    1. Scope. What we are asked to diagnose, build or run.
    2. Number of markets and regions. One region or several.
    3. Channels. Which channels are involved, for example search, LinkedIn, ads, distributor and marketplace channels, email and your website.
    4. Team size and involvement. How much of your team we work with, and how hands-on we are.
    5. Duration. A defined project or an ongoing relationship.
    6. Complexity of the sales cycle. Short, direct sales or long cycles with technical, regulatory or multi-stakeholder buying.

We work in four ways, and many clients combine them. Each is scoped and priced privately.

    Is advertising spend included?

No. Our fee covers strategy, set-up, management and reporting. Creative production and the money you spend on Google, LinkedIn or Meta ads are separate; ad spend goes directly to the platform. We agree on an ad budget with you before campaigns start.

What happens on the Strategy Call, and after it

    1. You send a request. Tell us your industry, region, revenue range and main challenge.
    2. We send a meeting invite within 2 business days.
    3. The call. A no-cost conversation with a senior consultant about your business, markets and goals. We ask questions and tell you plainly whether we think we can help. We do not pitch. The call takes 30 minutes.
    4. If there is a fit, we propose a first step, usually the Growth & Revenue Audit, with scope and price in writing.
    5. If there is not, we say so and, where we can, point you to a better option.
